I was a developer, building SaaS products and architecting systems for companies for years. When I decided to build my own products, I faced a harsh reality: zero free customers, zero paying customers.
I realized I was doing something wrong. I was building features nobody asked for, hiding behind code instead of talking to customers, and hoping products would somehow market themselves.
